Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Lymphora online store.

By placing an order with Lymphora, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within a reasonable handling period after successful payment authorization.

Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Orders may require additional processing time in situations involving:

payment verification;
fraud screening;
address verification;
high order volume;
inventory checks;
weekends or holidays;
fulfillment delays;
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you may receive a shipment confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment, excluding order processing time.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

destination country or region;
shipping method selected;
carrier availability;
customs processing;
fulfillment location;
inventory availability;
seasonal demand;
weather or transportation conditions.

The estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 15 business days. Any delivery date displayed on our website, checkout, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Lymphora may use international fulfillment centers, logistics providers, shipping partners, warehouses, or suppliers.

As a result, orders may be shipped from a location different from the customer's billing or delivery country.

International shipments may be subject to:

customs inspection;
import procedures;
local carrier transfer;
duties;
taxes;
brokerage fees;
other governmental or regulatory charges.

Where required by law, applicable charges will be disclosed before completion of checkout.

Customers are responsible for any lawful import-related charges that are properly imposed and not included in the amount paid at checkout.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We may use one or more shipping carriers depending on the destination, shipping method, fulfillment location, and availability.

A shipment may be transferred between multiple carriers during transit.

Carrier selection may be made by Lymphora, our fulfillment provider, or our logistics partner.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after shipment.

Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may not always appear immediately after dispatch.

Carrier tracking may temporarily show:

pre-shipment;
label created;
in transit;
customs processing;
transferred to local carrier;
out for delivery;
delivered.

Lymphora does not control the frequency or timing of carrier tracking updates.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances including:

carrier congestion;
customs delays;
weather events;
natural disasters;
transportation disruptions;
strikes;
holidays;
public emergencies;
high-volume sales periods;
security incidents;
incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Where reasonably possible, we may assist customers in obtaining additional information from the carrier.

A delay does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost.

Mandatory legal rights regarding delayed delivery remain unaffected.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes, where applicable:

recipient name;
street address;
apartment, suite, unit, or building number;
city;
state or province;
postal or ZIP code;
country;
telephone number.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

8. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at:

support@lymphorashop.com

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment begins.

However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, address changes may be unavailable or may require additional carrier fees.

9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with:

redelivery;
address correction;
return to sender;
reshipment.

Such charges will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable in these circumstances.

10. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, the shipment may be returned to us or to a logistics provider.

Where permitted by law, actual shipping, return, handling, or carrier charges associated with a refused shipment may be deducted from any refund.

Refusing a package is not a substitute for following our Return & Refund Policy.

11. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a package is held at a pickup point, post office, customs facility, or carrier location and is not collected within the required timeframe, it may be returned to sender.

Where the failure to collect the shipment is attributable to the customer, additional reshipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

12. ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED

If tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check:

your mailbox;
porch;
front entrance;
garage;
reception desk;
building management;
designated safe place;
household members;
neighbors;
nearby pickup points.

You should also review the full tracking history and contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at:

support@lymphorashop.com

Please include:

your order number;
tracking number;
delivery address;
any relevant carrier information.

13. PROOF OF DELIVERY

When investigating a delivery-related claim, we may consider carrier-generated evidence such as:

delivery scans;
GPS delivery data;
delivery photographs;
signatures;
timestamps;
carrier notes;
delivery confirmations.

Such evidence may be used to determine the status of a shipment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. LOST PACKAGES

A package will not necessarily be considered lost merely because tracking updates are delayed.

If a carrier confirms that a shipment is lost, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Depending on the situation, the remedy may include:

replacement;
reshipment;
refund;
another appropriate resolution.

15. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

support@lymphorashop.com

Where possible, please provide:

your order number;
photographs of the outer packaging;
photographs of the inner packaging;
photographs of the damaged product;
photographs of the shipping label;
a brief description of the damage.

Please retain the packaging and damaged item until your claim has been reviewed.

16. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately.

You may receive:

more than one package;
separate tracking numbers;
deliveries on different dates.

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that items are missing from your order.

17. MULTIPLE FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

Different products in the same order may be fulfilled from different warehouses, logistics centers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

This may result in separate shipments and different delivery times.

18. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT PROCESSING

International orders may be reviewed by customs or other regulatory authorities.

Customs processing is outside Lymphora's direct control.

Delays caused by customs do not necessarily indicate a shipping failure.

Customers may be required to provide additional information to customs or the carrier.

19. DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

Depending on the destination, local authorities may impose:

import duties;
customs fees;
VAT or sales taxes;
brokerage fees;
clearance charges.

Where these charges are not included at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

We are not responsible for charges independently imposed by governmental authorities or customs agencies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

20. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping fees may vary according to:

destination;
order size;
order value;
shipping method;
promotional eligibility.

Once shipping services have been provided, shipping fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the refund results from our error.

21. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If expedited, priority, or premium shipping options are offered, the estimated transit time applies after order processing unless otherwise stated.

Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily accelerate:

payment verification;
fraud review;
order handling;
fulfillment preparation;
customs processing.

22. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Carriers may make one or more delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

leave a notice;
redirect the package to a pickup point;
schedule another attempt;
return the shipment to sender.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and taking reasonable steps to receive or collect the shipment.

23. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Some shipments may require a signature.

Signature requirements may depend on:

order value;
destination;
carrier;
fraud prevention procedures;
shipping method.

If a signature is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available.

24. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact:

support@lymphorashop.com

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

25. SHIPMENT INTERCEPTION

Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to:

cancel delivery;
redirect the shipment;
modify the destination;
recall the package.

Carrier interception services, where available, may involve additional fees.

26. FRAUD PREVENTION AND SHIPPING HOLDS

To protect customers and our business, some orders may be temporarily held for review.

We may verify:

payment authorization;
billing information;
shipping information;
transaction risk indicators.

A temporary review may delay shipment.

27. BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES

When shipping to offices, hotels, apartment buildings, freight forwarders, mailrooms, reception desks, or similar locations, delivery may be considered completed when the carrier delivers the package to an authorized receiving person or designated receiving area, subject to applicable law.

28. FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND THIRD-PARTY RECEIVERS

If you direct an order to a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, hotel, commercial mail receiving agency, third-party warehouse, or other intermediary, additional risk may arise after delivery to that intermediary.

Our responsibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the specific delivery circumstances.

29. PACKAGE THEFT AFTER DELIVERY

If a package is confirmed as properly delivered and is subsequently stolen or removed from the delivery location, contact the carrier and, where appropriate, local authorities.

We may assist with reasonable documentation where available.

Whether a replacement or refund is available will depend on the facts of the claim and applicable law.

30. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymphora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

severe weather;
natural disasters;
carrier disruptions;
strikes;
transportation failures;
war or civil unrest;
governmental action;
customs intervention;
telecommunications failures;
supply-chain interruptions;
public emergencies.

This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. SHIPPING CLAIMS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us first at:

support@lymphorashop.com

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed in connection with shipping or delivery, we may provide relevant shipping and transaction records to the applicable:

payment processor;
card network;
bank;
financial institution;
dispute-resolution provider.

These records may include:

tracking information;
proof of shipment;
delivery confirmation;
shipping address;
carrier records;
customer communications.

32. CUSTOMER COOPERATION

We may require reasonable cooperation when investigating a shipping issue.

This may include asking the customer to:

confirm the shipping address;
contact the carrier;
complete a non-receipt declaration;
provide photographs;
verify delivery information.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay resolution of a claim.

33. LEGAL RIGHTS

This Shipping Policy is intended to operate alongside applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

If mandatory law conflicts with any provision of this policy, the mandatory law will prevail.
